We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the contents. However, we have no influence on whether the third party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.

Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific information relating to the device on the user’s access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they serve to record the statistical data of the website use and to be able to analyse them in order to improve the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that restricts or completely prevents the storage of cookies. However, it is pointed out that the use and in particular the comfort of use are restricted without cookies.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, Inc. “(“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on the user’s computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about users’ use of the website is generally transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, the IP address of Google users within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area will be shortened beforehand. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Users may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, users can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Using Facebook Social Plugins

This offer uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue tile, the terms “like”, “like” or a “thumbs up” sign) or by the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When a user accesses a website of this offer that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the website by it. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs the user according to his level of knowledge:

By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or commenting, the corresponding information is transferred directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook can find out his IP address and save it. According to Facebook, only an anonymous IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the relevant rights and setting options to protect the privacy of users can be found in Facebook’s data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him via this offer and link it with his Facebook stored member data, he must log out of Facebook before visiting the website. Further settings and objections to the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.

1 Google+ button

This offer uses the “+1″” button of the social network Google Plus, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The button can be recognized by the sign “+1″ on a white or colored background.

When a user accesses a website of this offer that contains such a button, the browser establishes a direct connection with Google’s servers. The content of the “+1″” button is transmitted by Google directly to its browser and integrated into the website by it. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Google collects with the button. According to Google, no personal data is collected without a click on the button. Such data, including the IP address, is only collected and processed for logged in members.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in Google’s data protection information on the “+1https://www.google.com/intl/de/” button: https://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html and the FAQ: ″+1/button/.

Twitter

This offer uses website elements (https://dev.twitter.com/web/overview), such as buttons or embedded content of the Twitter service, offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. With the help of the website elements it is possible, for example, to share a contribution or page of this offer on Twitter or to follow the provider on Twitter. As additional content, individual tweets can be integrated into the website.

If a user calls up a website of this Internet presence that contains such a website element, his browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of Twitter. The content of the website element is transmitted by Twitter directly to the user’s browser. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Twitter collects with the help of the website elements and informs the user according to his level of knowledge. According to the latter, only the IP address of the user is transmitted along with the URL of the respective website when the button is obtained, but is not used for purposes other than the presentation of the website element.
Further information can be found in Twitter’s privacy policy at https://twitter.com/privacy.
