In the past, change was simple – but not necessary. Today, change management, change or continuous organizational development is the normal state of an organization. Good, if the architecture of the organization already corresponds to this state, with flat hierarchies, semi-autonomous working groups and evolutionary processes without central control. Usually it does not. We believe that change always offers the chance to do much much better. It is the Trojan horse through which work is renegotiated. In this way she creates awareness of her own strengths, which must be preserved. And it offers opportunities to renew what is not yet working optimally.
We offer you external support for change projects. We first develop a change architecture and identify opportunities for participation. Usually, we develop formats, workshops and means of communication with which you can then walk quite a distance on your own. But we also support you in the implementation with an arbitrary number of process companions from the Friends Network.
